Modern Apartment Ceiling Painting Project in Atlanta
This was a major painting project involving painting the entire open ceiling gray. Prior to beginning, we protected the owner’s furniture and other assets from being damaged, and any place where paint fumes and particles might enter such as around pipes and HVAC vents. Then we erected scaffolds to reach the high ceiling.
Restoration of Failing Concrete Stair Sealants
Over time, waterproof sealant dried up and no longer protected the property from potentially costly water leaks damages. We removed the old sealant and applied a new sealant with better, longer-lasting properties.
Pool Water Pump Room Waterproofing
A large pump room for a client’s pool was treated in various methods to prevent water leaks. Sealant applied to corners, drains, and floor surface.
Large Bathroom Tile Installation
A client’s bathroom was upgraded by first removing old vinyl tile and replaced with ceramic tiles.
Residential Driveway Cleaning – Marietta, GA
This client’s large driveway was in desperate need of cleaning from soil stains, oil, and natural debris. Using our powerful pressure washing equipment and solvents, we went to work. Our client was more than thrilled with the result.
2828 Peachtree Buckhead Condominiums – Atlanta
Our work at 2828 Peachtree Buckhead Condominiums near Atlanta consisted of laying protective paper on floors, running HEPA filters to remove drywall dust from the air, using shop vacuums to remove floor debris while working, various surface preparations before painting walls and doors, filling cracks and scratches in doors, and painting to renew their appearance. We returned to replace leaking exterior walls made of drywall with stucco walls.
These external walls, originally built with drywall, were damaged allowing water to leak into the building. We repaired and rebuilt them with stucco.
